Company Overview
City ID is one of the leading aparthotel chains in Amsterdam with currently three operational assets comprising over 250 units. The City ID apartment hotels offer design apartments with a wide range of services. Co-investment of the founding partners together with APG and Aware Super equity commitments will allow City ID to create an aparthotel portfolio with a gross asset value in excess of €500m in the next four years.

Get Living is the UK’s leading build-to-rent owner operator and developer of large scale residential neighbourhoods. Launched with the acquisition of 1,439 homes in the London 2012 Athletes’ Village, it currently rents 4,000 homes and a pipeline of 6,500 across the UK. They have achieved GRESB 5-star rating three years in a row for its operational neighbourhoods and a 4-star rating for its development portfolio.
