Deploying 50% of our capital into co-investments, we are an active partner to our managers in financing larger transactions on a co-underwrite basis. Typically complete 10-20 co-investments per annum complete globally.

Propeller Aero provides drone mapping and analytics solutions that allow worksites to be measured and managed more efficiently. Use cases include measuring the output of a site (i.e. how much dirt/rocks/ore is moved from one area to another) or more collaborative functions like team inductions, a 'live version of Google Maps' for staff to use and for remote owners of the assets to stay connected.
