Target portfolio of 20 relationships globally where we aim to be a top 5 LP and play an active partnership role with active LPAC participation.
Seeding and anchoring new fund managers
Successful track record of seeding and anchoring emerging managers or adjacent strategies for existing managers, creating long term relationship value and delivering superior returns through enhanced alignment.
Active co-investment partner and co-underwriter
Deploying 50% of our capital into co-investments, we are an active partner to our managers in financing larger transactions on a co-underwrite basis. Typically complete 10-20 co-investments per annum complete globally.
