A globally diverse infrastructure investment portfolio

With ~A$18bn invested, our investment focus is to grow our current 15% UK and European portfolio.

Direct investments

To maximise value for our members, we focus on unlisted OECD direct investments to lower fees, reduce information asymmetries and enhance governance and control.

In addition to selective sole investments, we have a genuine, flexible, trustworthy and long-term partnering approach both domestically and overseas.

Flexible mandate

We pride ourselves on a willingness to be bold and look for alpha returns by being an early mover into emerging sectors and consider take-privates and greenfield developments with infrastructure-like opportunities and growth platforms, including early-stage platforms.

Responsible ownership and strong governance

We have implemented a comprehensive risk management and governance framework, with support from Direct Asset Oversight and Enhancement and Responsible Investment teams.

As Responsible Owners, we integrate ESG factors into our investment decisions. We believe over the long term, companies and assets with sound ESG management are more likely to increase in value.

Macros trends focus

Our current investment focus is geared to benefit from key macro trends, particularly energy transition and digitisation themes.

We also have a patient and selective investment focus to find the best risk-reward opportunities alongside high quality management teams and equity partners.
